Monthly rental fees are due on the first business day of each month.
The 406 Market reserves the right to curate vendors to maintain a unique shopping experience.
Products must remain clean, safe, and properly labeled.
I am responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The 406 Market may remove products that do not meet quality standards.
If my products do not generate any sales within three (3) consecutive months, my vendor agreement may be discontinued unless my products are seasonal or other arrangements have been approved.
The 406 Market will promote vendors through regular social media posts, featured products, and special promotions.
